MOHJO was founded in 2001 to recognize the accomplishments of the Hunter/Jumper community in Missouri and the Metro St. Louis area of Illinois specifically, but we accept members from other states who show in Missouri.

MOHJO is an affiliate of the United States Hunter Jumper Association.   As such, we try to keep our local rules for recognition in line with USHJA standards.  We recognize local shows in addition to USHJA rated shows to encourage those competing at levels not recognized by the national organization, and build interest in the sport.

MOHJO supports the St. Louis National Charity Horse Show each year by purchasing a box at the show.  Feel free to stop by and watch the action with whoever is in the box!

Sponsorships are a great way to show support for your organization and get your business, thank-you, or other acknowledgment noticed. Classes, year-end divisions, and the awards party itself are all open for sponsorship.
