The MOHJO Awards
The 2025 Awards party will be held Saturday, January 24, 2026 at the Whitmoor Country Club, in Weldon Spring, MO. Paid reservations must be received by January 10, 2026. Save the Date!
We also accept sponsorships for the division awards. Sponsorships, which are $125, include recognition in the Awards program and mention on our social media sites. We will collect more information from you closer to the party.
MOHJO Finals
MOHJO Finals will be held at the Archway Fall Classic, November 5 – 9, 2025, at the NEC.
All members who have joined MOHJO by October 15th will be awarded a $100 voucher at the show to be applied to their final show bill in the office. Vouchers can only be used at the 2025 Archway Fall Classic.
One set of MOHJO Finals ribbons (1st through 6th) will be presented for each division.
• Members will receive points toward the division championship based on how members place in each class in the division. For each class, a 1st through 6th place will be determined among only the MOHJO members in the recognized divisions.
• Regular MOHJO points are awarded for each regular class placing, and points will also be awarded for the Finals placing, making this the only show where points are awarded for overall division placing.
Here’s an example:
After each class is placed 1st -6th, the office will also record the placings for only the MOHJO members in the class. For the results from the under saddle shown below, while Joey, Katie and Catherine placed 2nd, 4th and 5th overall, as the only MOHJO members in the class, they would get credit for 1st, 2nd and 3rd for the MOHJO division championship.
After the division is complete, the member points will be totaled to determine the placings for the MOHJO Finals ribbons. Each member can win one MOHJO Finals ribbon in each division in which they compete.
• Specialty classes (Derbies, MOHJO Medal, MOHJO Equitation, Jumper Classic and Mini Prix) are excluded.
• In the Outreach Hunter divisions with 3 sections, MOHJO Finals placings will be determined using sections B and C.
